• Describe and discuss the conceptions of budgeting ethics from your article. What was your article about?
• Relate your article to one or more of the six sections of the GFOA’s Code of Professional Ethics (i.e., personal standards, responsibility as public officials, professional development, professional integrity-information, professional integrity-relationships, and conflict of interest). How does the article support, oppose, or contrast with the provisions of the GFOA Code?
• In the context of public budgeting and finance, how does the article assist or hinder you in comprehending the role of ethics in public budgeting and finance? What difference does the article make? Additionally, specifically relate how the article relates to a jurisdiction with which you are familiar.
