make a two page analysis based on my excel( 2 page) attached. Also, Can you help me check the income statement?
I suppose to acquire Exterran Holdings Inc. and do a forecast and make a combination for income statement after acquisition.
Here is the only information for our company: They estimate that vertical entry into businesses that are upstream or downstream from their current businesses will increase margins in both the current businesses and target business by 8 to 12 percent. That is, margins in businesses earning 15% could rise to nearly 17% (15% x 1.12). The revenue is 25B.
