Airline Management and the Introduce style the management style used by the airline in present day to run the company, and whether their models are effective or not based on stock prices, employee opinion, revenue earned per seat/per mile, etc.

Final Paper: <br />
Pick an airline to research and write a five page paper on discussing the structure of the airline’s management team. Introduce the management style used by the airline in present day to run the company, and whether their models are effective or not based on stock prices, employee opinion, revenue earned per seat/per mile, etc. Please include your own thoughts on how you would change, keep, or introduce new ideas of airline management to the company. The paper should be a total of seven pages, with a title page, five written pages, and a reference page. I expect each student to have five references no more than 10 years old, and wikipedia will not count as a reference. Please use spell check because grammatical errors will be counted against your paper. Use the information you learn in class, and your textbook to help guide you in understanding airline management. (For example, Delta airlines uses a hub and spoke system verse a linear system to set up routes for travel. This benefits the company because it has provided them the freedom to branch out to cities they would have never been able to access, etc…) Please ask any questions regarding your paper as the class progresses because the more you learn the more you will know what to write for your paper.
