Paper instructions:
Visit the Grading the States 2008 website from the Pew Center on the States. At this website, choose your three favorite states to compare their government performance during the time period of 2008. Use the following tabs on the website: variables of money, people, infrastructure and information to compare their performance. Then analyze the performance of the three states you selected. Use the following general outline as a guide to conduct your comparison.
