Paper instructions:
In this written assignment you will discuss the demographics of your intended market. You should include demographic information about your intended target market. Including maps, charts, tables and graphs will further enhance how your information is presented. Analyze your findings and talk about the numbers of customers in the market and possibly what they spend on your kind of products and services (even if you have to estimate for the purposes of this assignment).
You will also discuss in more detail the competitors that your target market may opt to buy from. Create a Competitor Matrix comparing and contrasting, what you offer to what the competition offers.
Consider these questions as you complete the written portion as well as the matrix:
? What customer needs and preferences are you competing to meet?
? What are the similarities and differences between their products/services and yours?
? How do their prices compare to yours?
Do not forget to consider things like food quality, pricing, service, ambiance, location, convenience, etc.
In narrative, written format, you will discuss the above which may take you approximately 3 – 4 pages to complete.

? Do not forget about a reference page
You will include powerpoint versions of these sections (The Market & The Competitor Matrix) for The Final Pitch. It may be good idea to begin a first draft of these sections and make corrections later.

My restaurant is called “chefs table” it is a theme of 6 privet rooms where chefs prepare food in front of you like hibachi but on fine dining level i will attach the competitor matrix I have already done and some of the demographics I pulled from the above sites I will also attach a short paper the was before this one based on my restauraunt
