Paper instructions:
Individual
Productive and Counterproductive Behaviors Paper – use the paper feedback table from Course Materials, turn it in to the individual forum as a post when you turn your paper in to Assignments. Do not post as an attachment. I need to see it quickly so I can move on to grading your paper, not download it and wait to open it. It’s not required, but I can help you better improve your skills if I see where your self assessment obstacles are. Prepare a minimum 900-word paper in which you analyze the relationship between productive and counterproductive behavior in organizations. Use the text and at least one outside source from the UOPX library that is credible to the topic. All criterion sections should be supported with APA style cited readings from the text and the library. No quotations but plenty of citations for the paraphrasing you write in the paper. As a part of your analysis be sure to address the following items:
• 33%-Define productive behavior and counterproductive behavior.
• 33%-Describe the impact that productive and counterproductive behaviors have on job performance and the overall performance of an organization.
• 33%-Recommend strategies to increase productive behavior and decrease counterproductive behavior in organizations.
NOTE: Ganly or White are not an acceptable outside sources for any paper in the course. Use the library, text and course reserve readings. The internet sources that show up if you Google them also show up on the TurnItIn report and I will submit any matches to these to the Academic Board. Day 7, Monday 10 see the Rubric in Course Materials for how to earn points along with the paper feedback table – use the feedback in the Week One paper to improve points
