Write a 3- to 4-page paper that addresses the following items about WALMART Include your resources.
A description of the type of change the organization is experiencing
A description of the forces impacting the change initiative
A description on how the organization has addressed each of Kotter’s Eight Steps for Leading Organization Change
If the organization has already addressed a step, include a detailed description of how it addressed the step and your assessment of how well the step was addressed. Provide a rationale for your position.
If the organization has not addressed a step, propose a method for the organization to address the step and provide a rationale for your proposed method.
A description of how the resistance to the change initiative was addressed
Include any strategies used to lessen the resistance.
If no strategies were used, propose some strategies you believe would be successful.
