Write an essay that explains and conceptualize your own personal crisis (How you deal with it and how would you do it differently). The half part of the essay you can use concepts such as Normalization of Deviance and diffusion of responsibility to explain your actions on the crisis. and also state what is the crisis, whether it is a mechanical failure, or your own actions based on the concepts.
