Design to develop critical thinking, research and reading skills. You will use a minimum of 10 journal articles. Seven of these journal articles you can select from the readings prescribed and recommended (including the text) in the subject. Three will be journal articles YOU must locateand which relate to your chosen theme. In addition to these ten journal articles you can refer to other books and journals, internet resources etc.
You will SELECT one of the themes: Technology & Innovation, Leadership & Governance, or Human Sustainability. The task is to explain that theme and how it relates to organisational change and sustainability.
Explore the main ideas of that theme and present them in a coherent argument that demonstrates your understanding of the key concepts/ideas; refer to the literature and examples to support your assertions. You may choose to focus on one central aspect, but you must justify this position.
