Law on Consent – Offences Against the Person
In criminal law the use of consent as a defence to an offence against
the person is restricted. This is illustrated by cases such as Attorney
General’s Reference (No 6 of 1980) [1981] QB 715 and R v Brown [1994] 1
AC 212. Critically analyse the above statement with reference to
