Blame/Inherency (Cause): Causes are clearly defined and explained. Type of inherency is identified and discussed.
Cure (Solutions): A viable solution if clearly identified on governmental and personal levels. Thoughts are clear and complete and solution(s) discussed in detail. Assertions are backed by evidence, examples, or explanation. Claims are free of fallacies.
Conclusion: Major finds are summarized; includes a review statement, proposition and a clear sense of closure.
