Aim of Assessment
On successful completion of this assessment task students will be able to:

In this assessment task students are required to:
Critically appraise the literature pertaining to human factors related to work performance and critically analyse the relationship between these and quality & safety in healthcare
This task requires students to:
• Research evidence-based literature (published since 2007) pertaining to the above topic
• Synthesise research pertaining to human error theory and its application in healthcare
• Identify human factors related to work performance and critically analyse the relationship between these and quality & safety in healthcare
