A) Discuss how retail companies have adapted their business strategy to address the needs of specific global markets.
B) Analyse a major sports organisation or cultural event using appropriate Business frameworks. Suggest a strategy for its future development.
C) “Investing in commodities and emerging markets is an important part of diversifying a portfolio.” Discuss.
D) Analyse the problems and opportunities that European car companies might face when entering and doing business in non-European markets.
You must cite at least FIVE appropriate academic sources to support your analysis.
